( our largest product is 24 times the volume, 3 times larger in diameter then the largest unit produced by any competitor.); capability to go to 96" diameter for Sound Reinforcement applications.

Mr. Kris Metaverso began research on Curved loudspeaker enclosures in 1990 and was joined by Mr. Brian O’Neill in 1994.  US Enclosure Company was incorporated as a sole proprietorship in 1996. Transformed into an LLC in 2005. The company maintains a strong focus on refining its technology and developing increasingly efficient manufacturing processes. The manufacturing methodology has been well proven through the company’s introductory sales efforts to a large variety of individuals and companies.

Hence, our company name, Ultimate Speaker Enclosure Co. commonly known by our initials US Enclosure Company.
 
Our loudspeaker enclosure products have been carefully refined over a 15-year period.  We can manufacture customized spherical or other curved loudspeaker enclosures ranging from 1” diameter to 96” diameter. 
Our Loudspeaker Enclosures are completely unique to the market  due to our combination of unique non patent-violating wall materials that can be made into any shape,  the look of the materials, and multi-layer construction. 

Markets served are primarily Audio although industrial and aerospace applications are feasible.  Our current primary competitors are wood or wood-style loudspeaker cabinetmakers. None have shown the expertise to deliver a comparable quality product at anywhere near our costs.  Available plastic loudspeaker enclosures utilize no acoustic engineering.
US Enclosure Company is Fully Committed to building the strongest and best quality enclosure wall materials and stuffing materials using aerospace materials and cutting-edge technology as a part of achieving our goals.  We are so far ahead of all the competition our products are literally in a class of their own.  Even the few manufacturers which have which understand the major acoustic advantages of using curved enclosures do not utilize the concept or the advantages of the materials we developed and use in all our enclosure products.

US Enclosure Company is dedicated to continuing improvements in loudspeaker enclosure design and materials.
Our latest improvements offer a no-ignorable 6 to 10 db increase in loudspeaker performance via smoothing the loudspeaker’s output response.  

 

 

MISSION STATEMENT:

US Enclosure Company is dedicated to Designing, Engineering and Manufacturing for Loudspeaker OEM's the BEST quality loudspeaker enclosures available.  We have and will continue to Set The Standard for Loudspeaker Enclosure Construction.  Loudspeaker Enclosures have a major impact on loudspeaker sound quality output, something that has been virtually ignored in favor of more pressing electronic issues by most Loudspeaker Manufacturers in the past. Acoustic research beginning in the 1930’s supports our claims.

US Enclosure manufactures and distributes to OEM's prototype to manufactured loudspeaker enclosures using curvable enclosure walls with twice the density of MDF. WE also utilize additional wall materials in production such as Kevlar and Carbon Fiber if required for the client's enclosure application . 

WE have the track-record and talent to design loudspeaker enclosures which are both acoustically improved and visually appealing in any environment... home, professional media production facility, or concert hall.

One of our strong points is our understanding and utilization of acoustic loudspeaker enclosure design principals, based on acoustical branch of physics, but historically ignored by the loudspeaker industry enclosure manufacturers.  Our best known design products are loudspeaker enclosures with a shape which reduces acoustic diffraction effects compared to all common box shaped loudspeaker enclosures  These diffraction effects cause a marked reduction of loudspeaker sound quality thus our assertion that our designs generally double the consumer value of loudspeakers using our designs. This anti-diffraction principal of acoustic physics as it relates to loudspeaker enclosures is not new and was first published in the 1930’s.  We have taken this design/shape concept to a new level of manufacturability... walls equal to or better than any wood based enclosure.   We also have developed a number of absolutely new design elements that further enhance the anti-diffraction acoustic effects of curved exterior and interior loudspeaker enclosure wall designs.

We have the unique combination of customer experience and service, curved technical expertise, curved design,  curved-cabinet manufacturing and curved loudspeaker application (combined) that US Enclosure developed, tested, and sold to consumers and OEMS.

We specialize in loudspeaker cabinets, yet, our technology lends itself to a wide variety of other applications involving wave energy-- from optical integrator spheres to industrial containment vessels with a huge number of applications in-between.

Since 1992, we have developed numerous design improvements like the previously referenced spherical and egg-shaped loudspeaker enclosures.  Parabolic and elliptical loudspeaker enclosures like our "Wing" design, as well as our Levitated Composite Core Stuffing concept, SuperStuffing dampening material, and constrained boundary layer MultiModulus wall material.  We have experience in mass production manufacturing runs.
